We are registered auditors with The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

We have experience of carrying out audits for companies and charities ensuring that they meet the current auditing, accounting and reporting standards in relation to the Companies Act, Charities Act and SORP.

For charities we follow the guidelines set out in the Statements of Recommended Practice and give advice to trustees on internal controls and funding.  We can also advise on the day to day running of the organisation, the role and responsibilities of the trustees and good governance, gift aid as well as prepare independent examiners’ reports for the Charity Commission.  We are also able to help you create a trading subsidiary to your charity to maximise the benefits of gift aid and we would be pleased to attend your charity’s AGM and other meetings on request.
